Air New Zealand has become the first major company
to quit the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA) following
the grossly offensive misogynistic comments made by its chief executive, Alasdair Thompson. This is an appropriate response. I wonder how many others will follow, given that the EMA board seems to be dithering on what to do.
