A joke that has to be explained isn’t really funny, but the reason this amused me was that Huckabee believes in divine creation, doesn’t believe in evolution, and that means, according to his religious beliefs, the earth is only thousands of years old. So, placing his name next to a story about a 148 million year old dinosaur bones is hugely ironic. I never saw these two stories side-by-side again.Huckabee, meanwhile, has signed to be a commentator for—quelle surprise—Fox Noise. Reportedly, he’s still on the list of possibilities for John McSame’s running mate. I will not make any dinosaur jokes about that—nope, not me.
