I'm waiting to see what Arthur has t...Congrats!<br />I'm waiting to see what Arthur has to say about what he thinks the Supreme Court is going to say about DOMA and Prop 8. I'm cautiously optimistic, since one of the underlying cases (noted by George Will on ABC News, no less) is clearly a violation of equal protection under the law. Don't know if they'll create marriage equality in the 50 states, but I suspect it'll be at least that people legally married in a jurisdiction should be entitled to the legal protection under the law for the tax benefits of marriage.
