I suppose I could look it up, but my wife wondered if this is a usually thing. Did B Clinton endorse Gore (or was Al trying to avoid slick Willie?) Did W endorse McCain? Did RWR endorse GHWB? I'm pretty sure HHH didn't want LBJ's blessing.
