Fact Check: More Tax Deception



The McCain campaign has been lying about Barack Obama’s tax plan, but this video from the campaign debunks all of McCain’s lies and deception. It’s not a campaign ad, but a point-by-point demolition of McCain. Unfortunately, I bet there’ll be a need for more of these.

    While I do enjoy your podcast, is it OK to say that, lately, I've aklso been enjoying your blog even more? And not just because you haven't posted in a week and a half there. The stuff on the expats voting and this piece and you sister's accident (hope she and hubby are on the mend) definitely filled the void for me.

    Well, thank, Roger. I have a pretty eclectic blog, which maybe isn't such a good idea, I don't know. But I do enjoy passing on things I run across.

    Speaking of which, it was really weird that just a few days ago I was watching that "Theme from Shaft" YouTube video over on your blog, then Isaac Hayes dies. Spooky.

    It doesn't really matter if you saw the show; you're probably too young. I'm more interested in the debate in the LOC about projecting stuff vs. things having multiple levels, and some folks getting WAY too bent out of shape about it all.
