And President Obama has talked about fixing the bad things, as you point out. It <a href="http://www.businessweek.com/smallbiz/content/may2010/sb20100526_855178.htm" rel="nofollow">requires companies to report to the IRS payments of more than $600 a year to any vendor</a>.
