The three most important things on a podcast (or blog or any other form of media) are content, content and content. That's why other people go for the media in the first place.

But I also agree that in the personal journal genre of podcasts, podcasting for oneself is important because it allows you to stay true to yourself, and that's probably what drew listeners in the first place.

Kim! Of course I don't mind! I think the badge you created is really cute, too--apart form that funny looking guy on it, but never mind that. ;-) I've added a link to you on my blog.

Roger: As you know, I was having the same problems, but they same to have cleared. I've since had the problem with other podcasts on different hosts, though, so there may be an issue with iTunes itself. I wonder if anyone else has had any problems accessing my episodes.Arthur Schenckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10568299067544221996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34249799.post-79418967130602038352008-04-22T08:30:00.000+12:002008-04-22T08:30:00.000+12:00Annoying. Then the iTunes loaded, but only 17:42 of the 32:15. Did I mention that it's annoying.Roger Owen Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05298172138307632062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34249799.post-22616663175322937452008-04-20T08:26:00.000+12:002008-04-20T08:26:00.000+12:00Kiwi Ora :)))I love your blog - you are the wise v...Kiwi Ora :)))
I love your blog - you are the wise voice of podcasting and it is always a pleasure to listen to you. While I love getting the reviews, I try not to ask for them. I hardly ever check to see what's on my page there and I don't really care to tell you the truth. I just like podcasting and if a few people are listening, then great. If not, that's fine too. I podcast for myself mostly anyway. I think we need to let the whole iTunes review thing go and get on to creating content people enjoy listening to.

Sorry to go on like that. Love ya! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
